During the first days, they went along smoothly enough. The sea was not very unpropitious, the wind seemed stationary in the north-east, the sails were hoisted.

My first purchase in Germany. I purchased two properties from Agorfa near to the wonderful town of Gorlitz, film location of a number of movies. Both properties were as described, and I plan on purchasing another property, this time in the city though, in the near future.
